    Assignments

• “KunstprojectKleinpolder”, Commissioned by Woonstad Rotterdam 2010 Development and production of the television serie "D.o.k.t.e.r. Mette Spacekadettes Timecapsule". A 4 episodes long television serie, researching history, present and future of the life of the inhabitants in a post-war neighbourhood undergoing urban development. D.o.k.t.e.r. Mette Spacekadette was send back in time on a mission by her spacedaddy (Henri van Zanten) to gather information for her timecapsule. Each episode has it own theme; changing Overschie, politics, leasure and the future of Overschie. Items within the program are portraits at home of the inhabitants, where they're asked to contribute an item to the timecapsule, streetinterviews about subjects and their future, and a wisdomlesson from the future by d.o.k.t.e.r. Mette.
  
• "Slapen aan het spoor", commissioned by Wesd, Hotel Coen, Delft 2009 Developping an installation in a 4 star hotel room, reacting to the environment and the coming of a new traintunnel. The Installation consist of skybed with slideprojections of landscapes. A trainbench on a rails, installed on a platform so you can look out from the window and follow the always changing construction side
  
• "I Bridge You and You", Rotterdam Zuidplein, Rotterdam commissioned by “i bridge you project” 2009 D.o.k.t.e.r. Mette interviewing young adolescents, concerning their world and issues involved. What and how they'd like to change things? During the 4 day project “I bridge You”, iniated by the Observatorium, Yourcity and Chantal van Heeswijk, recordings were made in a walk-in-mini-studio, a private one-on-one inquiry.
